"Getting to Yes with China in Cyberspace", by Martin Libicki, Astrid Cevallos and Scott Warren Harold

The RAND Corporation released a book about the relations between the United States and China regarding cyberspace-related cooperation. The two countries don't share the same concerns: China cares about attacks on critical infrastructures, but shows little concern about economic cyber espionage. A set of incentives will then be necessary, but they must be well taylored as what is binding to one is not always so to the other: the two countries don't have the same capacities of attribution, and China is much less concerned about technological espionage than its counterpart.
